Breseight Australia is technology-driven. Over the past decade we have invested heavily in new and innovative advanced manufacturing processes including selective laser sintering (SLS), direct metal laser sintering (DMLS), CNC machining centres and MIG & TIG welding. We desire to help our customers succeed and strive to be cost competitive for custom and small series part production.

We produce quality finished parts fast and work in both plastics and metals, including aluminium and titanium alloys. Our SLS and DMLS machinery produce full functioning parts quickly without the expense of tooling. Conformal cooling channels can be designed to conform to a tool cavity shape, reducing cycle times and warpage rates. Our DMG 5-axis and Hermle 3-axis CNC machining centres turn and mill to precise tolerances while our robotic MIG & TIG welding suits a range of weld precision needs.

Contract, OEM, prototype and series production services are on offer. We aim to deliver high quality results that exceed customer specifications and have in place a Quality Management System (QMS) that regularly achieve near 100 percent product conformance and on-time delivery.
