"Double Sided Digital
Distribution Frame" (DS DDF)
Designed to be integrated in 'Superstructure' assembly and can be installed
beneath the mezzanine floor and between DDF End Supports.
DS DDF - 12 laterals - fits under Superstructure type 92 - 2887 mm high.
DS DDF - 9 laterals - fits under Superstructure type 84 - 2400 mm high.
Layout
Pitch of Verticals – 175 mm. along suite floor centerline.
Verticals are bolted to steel angles secured to the floor. The top ends of
the verticals are bolted to Superstructure Iron Work. Each vertical angle is
linked to the adjacent angle on both sides by rows of Jumper Plates molded from
flame retardant polypropylene. Footprint size (W) 865 mm x (D) 626 mm.
Each vertical carries steel laterals at 200mm. high vertical
pitch, 9 laterals for type 84 and 12 laterals for type 92
On the “horizontal side” each lateral carries short steel
angle which accepts the back mount (supplied by others) on which is mounted the
terminal blocks for twisted pair or plastic mount for coax connectors. Jumper cables on the ‘horizontal side’ may be run
horizontally across rows of laterals without any “treading”.

Distribution Frame" (SS DDF)
Designed to be integrated in SUPERSTRUCTURE assembly and can be installed
beneath the mezzanine floor and next to wall. One side access only - "horizontal
side" for jumper cable. Can be used independently - steel structure braced
to the wall.
SS DDF - 12 laterals - fits under Superstructure type 92 - 2887 mm high.
SS DDF - 9 laterals - fits under Superstructure type 84 - 2400 mm high.
Layout
