Our CNC machining centres are HERMLE 'C 40', HURCO 'VMX 1', 'VMX 24', 'VMX
42' and Hitachi Seiki 'VM40' and 'VM50' CNC Milling machines.
- Unmatched precision 'C 40' is a universal CNC milling 3, 4, 5-axis 5-sided machine
for tool and mould making. This highly dynamic simultaneous 5-axis machine. X,
Y, Z axis travel - 850 x 700 x 500, max weight on table 1400 kg, max spindle
speed 40 000 rpm.
- 'VM1' - 3-axis conversational programming mill, X, Y, Z Axis travel - 660 x
356 x 457, table size 762 x 356, max weight on table 340 kg, max spindle speed
8000 rpm.
- 'VMX 24' - 3-axis conversational programming mill, X, Y, Z Axis travel - 610 x
508 x 610, table size 762 x 508, max weight on table 1360kg, max spindle speed
10000 rpm.
- 'VMX 42' - 3-axis conversational programming mill, X, Y, Z Axis travel - 1066

- 'VM50' - 3-axis machine with a 30-tool carousel. It has an automatic pallet
changer (APC). This feature allows the CNC machining centre to run continuously
changing pallets as it finishes each component.
- 'VM40' - 3-axis machine. 30 tool carousel.
- CNC 'HT20S2' lathe features a 12-tool post turret and sub-spindle. The
sub-spindle allows long slender work to be supported, and also allows for
secondary CNC machining operations on a component that would generally require a
secondary setup.
